Select the Horizontal Type tool .
If you want to enter vertical type, select the Vertical Type tool instead.

In the options bar, make sure that the Create a Text Layer button is selected. |

Select a font family and a font size. |

Click the Color selection box in the options bar and select a color using the Color Picker. |

Click in the image and enter the type you want. |

Click the OK button in the options bar to commit the text. |

Choose Layer > Type > Warp Text. |

Choose a warp style from the Style drop-down menu. |

Drag the Bend, Horizontal Distortion, and Vertical Distortion sliders until the desired effect is achieved.
Drag the Bend slider to the left and right to specify the warp applied to the text.
Drag the Horizontal Distortion and Vertical Distortion sliders to the left and right to apply perspective to the warp.
The box to the right of each slider displays the percentage of distortion applied to the text.

When finished, click OK.
Note that warped text is still editable.
